The OSR-Coop Project is excited to announce its Mentoring Programme, designed to foster the replication of cooperative and citizen-led renovation One-Stop Shops across Europe. This bespoke mentoring experience will allow participants to advance their professional skills and contribute to their organisation's growth. Paired with the OSR-Coop e-learning programme launching in February 2025, this initiative provides a comprehensive pathway for development and success. Participants in our Mentoring Programme will be matched with experienced mentors from EcoVision (Ireland), Energent (Flanders, Belgium), and Les7Vents (France). Together, mentors and mentees will set personalised development goals, documented in a Mentoring Agreement. Over six months, mentees will engage in at least six tailored sessions, while also completing e-learning modules to enhance their understanding of running renovation One-Stop Shops. This dual approach ensures a dynamic learning experience, combining theory with practical, hands-on guidance.

Applications are open until 17:00 (CET) on Friday, 31st January 2025. Successful candidates will be notified by 7th February 2025, with the first mentoring sessions starting by the end of February.
