Report: Implementation of the OSR-Coop Pilots
This report explores how the three implementation partners of the OSR-Coop Project: EcoVision, Energent, and Les 7 Vents, have prepared their teams and organisations to integrate innovative service models for deep homerenovations. These transitions build on the service design processes completed by each partner and reflect feedback from both users and operational teams. By analysing lessons learned during testing and iteration, the report highlights recommendations for refining the services as they evolve.
The approaches of the three partners reveal valuable insights into how cooperative One Stop Shop (OSS) models can adapt to different organizational contexts. For instance, Energent adopted a qualitative testing approach through selected pilot projects, while EcoVision and Les 7 Vents implemented structural changes that impacted both staff and customers. The depth and focus of these changes varied, ranging from marketing and communication strategies to fundamental shifts in the “advisor journey”.
