This report presents the results of the service design process undertaken by the three implementing partners of the OSR-Coop project that have been developing new Integrated Home Renovation Services (IHRS). The OSR-Coop pilos Les 7 Vents (France), EcoVision (Ireland), and Energent (Belgium) have been piloting the IHRS and evauating their work, and this report analyses the iterations of the business models and the testing of key service components, known as building blocks. 

The findings combine qualitative and quantitative insights, ranging from stakeholder feedback to realised investments and energy savings, offering a snapshot of progress as of summer 2025. The report also reflects on lessons learned and outlines how these results will guide future improvements as the cooperatives continue to refine and expand their services beyond the end of the project in 2025.
