The OSR-Coop Project's Final Report is highlighting the work that has been done in the duration of the project by the OSR Coop pilots in Belgium, Ireland, and France, supported by SNAP! as a project coordinator, and REScoop.eu, the European Federation of Energy Communities, for replication and dissemination of results. It presents the project’s overall approach and implementation between 2022 and 2025, showing how energy cooperatives can deliver citizen-led One Stop Shop services for deep renovation through participatory, community-rooted models across different national contexts. 

The report also summarises the key results and impacts achieved by the pilots, including organisational transformation, delivered renovations, and mobilised investment. It further outlines the project’s replication and scale-up tools, namely the Mentoring Programme, the Elearning Course, and the Guidance Manual, which together form a practical and lasting legacy for cooperatives, municipalities, and local stakeholders seeking to replicate the OSR-Coop approach across Europe, beyond the project's end.
