Designed as a step-by-step learning journey, the manual combines strategic guidance with concrete examples, tools, and reflections that can be adapted to different local and national contexts. Used alongside the free OSR-Coop Elearning Course, it supports practitioners in building trusted, cooperative renovation services that balance technical quality, financial sustainability, and strong social purpose, helping turn citizen-led renovation into a collective and replicable practice.
